I have been using the textbook, "HRAC (Heating, Refridgeration, and Air
Conditioning)" for Mohawk College's Utilities System Operator Program
since 2005. I was able, through Schoolcraft Publishing, to create a
custom textbook that incorporates a variety of source material. My
students have found this text comprehensive and accessible.
One strength of this text is the review questions and tests at the end of
each chapter. Making use of these questions and tests has allowed me to
gauge my students' comprehension of the material covered in class. I've
noticed that since I have been using the custom text, there has been a
significant increase in the students' grades from previous years.
I highly recommend Schoolcraft Publishing's custom texts - they're
professionally produced and Schoolcraft's customer service has met all
my requirements and addressed all my concerns.
